Forum organizers
These terms apply to the SGCI All Partners Forum 2026 website and participant platform operated on behalf of the Forum Organizing Committee, comprising the National Commission on Research, Science and Technology (NCRST), Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC), and the African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS). In these terms, “Forum team,” “Organizing Committee,” “we” and “our” refer to these organizations and their authorized Forum personnel, as applicable to the activity concerned.
Using the platform
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, use only the access granted to you and report suspected unauthorized access. Invitation-only information, participant data, travel records and unpublished documents must not be shared beyond their intended audience.
Acceptable use
- Do not bypass access controls, probe the service, introduce malicious code, scrape participant information or use contacts for unrelated marketing.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, confidential or rights-infringing material.
- Respect participants, intellectual property, privacy and session rules.
Programme and submissions
The programme, speakers, rooms, travel, excursions and costs may change. Current platform information replaces earlier drafts.
You retain ownership of submitted material and permit the Forum team to store, reproduce and share it with the audiences selected by you or an authorized session manager for Forum delivery and records.
Availability and enforcement
The Forum Organizing Committee and its authorized personnel may correct content, restrict or suspend access, remove inappropriate material and preserve evidence of misuse. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.
