Who provides the platform
The SGCI All Partners Forum 2026 platform is operated on behalf of the Forum Organizing Committee, comprising NCRST, IDRC and ACTS. NCRST is the primary operational contact for questions about cookies and similar browser storage used by the platform.
What the site uses
Clerk authentication cookies maintain secure sign-in, session continuity and abuse protection. A short-lived programme-save cookie confirms a recent update. The public programme may be cached in local browser storage for reliability and loading speed.
The current platform does not use advertising cookies or intentionally set optional analytics cookies.
