Forum Organizing Committee
The SGCI All Partners Forum 2026 Organizing Committee comprises the National Commission on Research, Science and Technology (NCRST), Namibia; Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC); and the African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS). These organizations participate in organizing and administering the Forum according to their respective responsibilities.

Controller responsibilities
NCRST, IDRC and ACTS may each act as a controller, or where applicable as joint controllers, for personal information processed within their agreed Forum responsibilities. This may include platform operations, programme delivery, communications, funding, travel support, governance and related activities. Not every member of the Organizing Committee receives or controls every category of participant information.
The allocation of controller and processor responsibilities is governed by the organizations’ applicable legal obligations and internal data-governance arrangements. Requests sent to the Forum privacy contact will be acknowledged and routed to the organization responsible for the relevant processing activity.
